Massage Therapist (RMT) – Richmond, BC – Full time or Part time

If you are the type of individual motivated by a busy environment and can confidently provide therapeutic and relaxation massage to a wide range of individuals, you may belong here!

Your schedule would be: Full time or Part time – flexible hours!


Where you would be treating: 
 Lifemark Sport Medicine Richmond Oval

Our clinics aim to provide our patients with the same compassionate care and level of service a professional athlete would receive, all across Canada. Our clinics are multidisciplinary, our clinicians work together. We provide our patients with the most proactive solutions for a quick recovery.

As a sport medicine Massage Therapist at Lifemark, you work alongside a team of highly qualified clinicians in a full-service rehabilitation clinic that offers physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, intramuscular stimulation, and vestibular rehabilitation. Our clinics have a predominantly orthopedic caseload with a variety of injuries from sports, work, home and motor vehicle accident claims. You will have a dedicated space and equipment to treat patients, and you will always have the ability to ask for a second opinion from one of the other clinicians!

This opportunity provides an excellent chance to work with national and provincial level athletes, as well as the general population.

Our patients need:

  • Your knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and injuries, a specific understanding of the importance of lymphatic circulation and drainage
  • Your ability to provide deep tissue, strong, guided, and directed pressure
  • Your expertise for safety regarding rehabilitation goals for a variety of individuals that may require your assistance.


What we need from you:

  • Eagerness to work with others in a team environment to meet patients’ rehabilitation goals, with a caring and compassionate attitude
  • Graduate of a College of Massage Therapy diploma program
  • Full registration with the appropriate provincial Massage Therapists’ Association
  • Practical experience working with workers compensation, MVA, post-surgical, sport medicine clients is strongly preferred
