Home / RMT Job Postings / RMT Job Posting – Room Share for RMT (Granville St.)

I am looking for another rmt or physio / personal trainer/ yoga therapist to share my extremely spacious, bright, freshly renovated 320 sqft room. Pictures in link below are right after renovation and the layout will probably change a little.

Excellent location between Granville and fir near Broadway Granville with none of the traffic noises. Large windows are into a quiet south facing (locked) courtyard

Looking to rent 2-4 days per week. This is best suited to someone who has their own brand and established cliente. You would be responsible for all of your supplies lotions booking system and for laundry service service if needed.

I can supply pillows and pregnancy cushioning systems (oakworks sidelying + prone setup + bolsters) if you don’t have them. 5 clients per day 4x week is around $250- 300 per month for professional laundry for an rmt.

If you do not have your own business, I’m open to having someone come on under my brand if you want visibility and am open to talking about what this would look like with the right person. my business is Umi Registered Massage Therapy.

I work mon wed fri currently with some flexibility with Mondays. This would mean sat sun tues Thursday are currently available (and possibly mondays). Looking for a minimum 2 days per week

I can provide a top of the line reha med royale levertec treatment table with contoured shape for great ergonomics. Table has 3 foot pedals, optional armrests, whisper quiet motor and extremely durable build. Many experienced massage therapy recipients comment that it is the most comfortable table they’ve been on.

Very responsive ac and heat in the unit so you can control the temperature easily. Ample power supply 6 plugs in room. only 1 neighbour that are surveyors who are pretty quiet.

The cons: hasn’t got dimmable lighting as of yet. but I’ll be getting some standing lights.

Asking $99 per full day with 24/7 access. You are free to come and go as you please and have ultimate autonomy on the days you choose.

As a new solo practitioner with no clientelle it took me 6 months (through the pandemic) to build a steady practice 10-6pm booking 2 weeks in advance charging $120 / 60 mins. I plan to increase this to $130 in the new year and don’t suspect this will be an issue. This is a great area and lots of people work from home so they can make the daytime + morning timeslots.

Thanks!
