RMT Job Posting – $2000 Immediate Advance to Student Interns, RMTs – North Richmond

 

Hi! We are Clinic Therapy and we’re looking for full-time & part-time student interns and RMTs. We can provide everything, so you can focus on giving great treatments.

Why choose us?

 

-$2000 advance on the day of signing (for all student interns & RMTs)

-RMTs: your split will regularly increase over time.

-Student interns (who are not licensed yet): $31.50 per hour (all of our female interns have been fully booked before)

-You will be booked! We have a dedicated marketing expert with 12 years of experience. We also provide direct billing to insurance companies if / or when needed and run promotions that do not affect your compensation that bring in new clients. We opened more than a decade ago and have a loyal clientele.

-Easy free parking. Bus stop in front of our plaza (Pacific Plaza), 5 – 8 minute walk to sky train.

-You can focus exclusively on treatments – with our full service booking you don’t have to answer the phone or reply to emails.

-Full control of your schedule – you may work as much or as little as you prefer. Absolutely no restrictions, you have full control. You can also block any days you already have open at any time. If there are already clients scheduled, only a 7 day notice would be mandatory to close such a day.

-You control the length of breaks between clients and how long your meal break will be.

– Dedicated staff room – during breaks you may stay in your treatment room or come hang out at our staff room, where you can also do charting or have a meal (we have a window that we open slightly in the staff room if someone is eating, so that food smells stay outside the clinic). We also have 2 food courts within 1 minute walking distance.

-Easy charting with JaneApp.com. See your schedule in advance from anywhere from the comfort of your phone or laptop.

-Full control of your pricing – as you upgrade your skills, gain experience, reviews and build your clientele, you will have an option to increase your price by as much or little as you prefer or keep it the same. You do not have to stick with the clinic’s average rate. You also have an option to let our marketing expert adjust your pricing according to what he thinks is best.

 

-Tell us what kind of clientele you prefer and our marketing expert will try to get more of your favorite type of clients. For example, let’s say you prefer to work with athletes. You will get more athletes. Let’s say you prefer to work with people that have serious pains in their body. You will get more clients like that. Let’s say you prefer to do half relaxation and half working with injuries – we will aim for that balance. Let’s say you want the majority of your clients to be relaxation focused – we will aim to make that happen. Simply let us know and we will build your clientele according to your preferences.

 

-The team is young and very easy to get along with – everyone is very easy to talk to and work with and it really shows. If you have a warm friendly personality, you will fit right in immediately!

 

-Experienced management. We have two co-owners (husband & wife). I, Elana handle everything related to treatments and training, Matt takes care of everything else. Matt will regularly ask for your feedback and suggestions and will actually make changes. Here’s a very short list of things we changed: the bluetooth speaker was ok but could be better? We upgraded to a $250 speaker. The lotion didn’t feel great? We tried many brands until we found one that’s great. Having a touchless soap dispenser would be awesome? We got one for every sink. The soap is making your hands dry? We tried many brands until we found one that works great. The massage table is making a squeaking noise? It was fixed the next day. The rooms are not soundproof enough? We rebuilt the walls with soundproof materials and got new soundproof doors. Didn’t like the color of the sheets? We’ll get new ones. Simply let Matt know if you have any ideas or suggestions and he will be extremely open to any changes! 🙂

 

-Full control of the temperature in your treatment room – each room has its own thermostat. The temperature changes within a few minutes.

-Beautiful clinic. The clinic was newly renovated in the beginning of 2021 (the pictures online will be updated soon)

– Soundproof rooms – we recently renovated and spent tens of thousands of dollars just on soundproofing alone.

-Play your own custom music – only takes seconds to change to any music you like

-No stuffiness in rooms. We have a fresh air intake system that pumps fresh air from outside directly into each room and space of the clinic, the rooms will feel fresh all the time, no stuffiness and stay at the temperature you set.

-Trigger point charts in treatment rooms

-Clean quality linens are provided (if you ever see any wear and tear put it away and we’ll buy new ones)

-Quality lotion is provided

-The clinic is fully cleaned at least once a day, you will work in a very clean environment.

-2 washrooms so you never have to wait in line.

-6 treatment rooms and a staff room.

-Never have awkward moments when passing someone in the hallway – the hallways are quite wide and feel very comfortable.

-If you do happen to arrive really early on your workday and reception is not there yet – don’t worry, you will have your own key to enter the clinic.
