Being an RMT is not just an occupation – it is a passion and a lifestyle. At VCMT, our team is committed to helping the RMT profession to grow, as we train and welcome more colleagues to the field. That’s why we provide ongoing support to our alumni, even after you start your career.

Professional development and continuing education

Massage therapy is an ongoing dialogue of research and discovery. At VCMT, we offer continuing education courses (CECs) to alumni who want to continue to develop their skills, strive for excellence, and remain knowledgeable about the developments in our practice. Check out our upcoming CEC courses

VCMT values the importance of research in massage therapy to enhance and better understand the effectiveness of massage therapy and the outcomes. Many of our student case studies have won international research awards, and alumni and staff are collaborating with other health care professionals on a number of exciting research projects.
