Current Supervisor Openings

Vancouver College of Massage Therapy is hiring RMT’s to supervise students in the school clinic and outreach locations. If you’ve ever thought about teaching or giving back to the RMT community, this is your opportunity!

Full time & part time positions are available.

  • Full time positions can be 3 to 5 days per week and include a salary, health & dental benefits, plus a flexible schedule!
  • Part time positions can be as little as one shift a week and work great as a compliment to a practicing RMT’s work schedule

Successful candidates must be currently licensed RMT’s in good standing with CMTBC and have a minimum 2,500 hours of clinical practice as a RMT.

VCMT will train supervisors in how to communicate effectively, give appropriate feedback and create a safe learning environment for the students, so that all supervisors feel confident in their role!

Current Instructor Openings

VCMT is always open to hiring passionate instructors and teaching assistants who are interested in investing into the learning and growth of the next generation of RMTs.

If you are interested in teaching but have never taught a course before, a great stepping stone is by being a teaching assistant. You will help out in the classroom, provide instruction and feedback for the students, and be a part of an interactive learning environment

VCMT has implemented a “Teacher Training Program” so that all instructors can feel confident in their role and well supported. VCMT prides itself on having the most dynamic, knowledgeable and passionate instructors in the industry!

Please contact Ben Ngui, the program director at VCMT, if you would like to join the team! (ben.ngui@vcmt.ca)
